This class is perfect for those wishing to quiet the thinking mind and reconnect to their body to promote deep rest.
Firstly, students are lead through a nurturing restorative yoga sequence to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which allows the body to enter a deep state of rest. Then you are led into a yoga nidra or ‘yogic sleep’. which is accompanied by sound. This allows the mind to get out of thinking and doing, so it can join the body in full rest.
You will leave class feeling connected, soothed and rejuvenated.
